The Role
As a Branch Manager seeking a new challenge your main duties will be:
· Constantly using creative marketing techniques to increase awareness of our clients brand to both candidates and clients
· Use of effective business development techniques, to bring on new, and enhance the existing client base
· Manage the recruitment and induction processes for new starters.
· Review staff performance on a regular basis, providing support and coaching where required.
· Ensure all staff are achieving their personal sales targets, and meeting all necessary levels of service, and quality
· Ensure that clients and applicants constantly receive an expected level of service
· Ensure all administration and legal requirements are met to company standard
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be sales focused, with a commercial awareness, and have proven management experience, preferably gained within recruitment consultancy.
You should have first class customer service skills, conducting yourself in a confident and professional manner and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
You will be required to coach and mentor the Consultants and in doing so you will need to have excellent communication skills and to lead by example.
This opportunity would suit someone who can work well under pressure, who is self motivated and driven, with a positive attitude to work and a proven track record of achievement within a sales and service based industry
Salary DOE £35,000 + Commission + Healthcare package + car allowance
