As an experienced recruitment consultant, sales executive, account manager or business developer, you will have a fantastic opportunity to develop your own perms desk from an existing base. Over the past twelve months their niche markets have seen considerable growth in supplying major Blue Chip organisations, opening this exciting opportunity to join their successful vibrant permanent commercial team The role involves business to business telesales, appointment making, visiting and presenting our clients recruitment services to local companies, interviewing prospective candidates, matching candidates to permanent vacancies and arranging interviews. You will be responsible for sourcing new vacancies, attracting candidates and building solid relationships with candidates and clients alike. As a Recruitment Consultant, you must be able to demonstrate • First class customer service and communication skills • At least one years recruitment experience • Determination and tenacity to succeed in a highly competitive environment • Ability to work to and exceed targets • A commitment to providing a high quality service to customers • A very persuasive personality • Ability to generate new business • Excellent time management skills and an ability to "work smart".
