Our client has approx 20 years experience within the Finance sector. This is a company who surpasses their commitment to both clients and candidates. They are committed to make sure their consultants have the best personal development and support. It is the biggest billing office in the region with over £1M turnover. The branch has numerous regular large clients.
The Role
This will cover the Northampton, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Luton region
You will be required to fit in an already established team that has achieved excellent results
Candidate attraction - utilising all the mediums available to you in order to attract only the very best candidates
Interviewing - both biographical and competency based
Testing - providing clients with accurate results in the core competencies of the role
Retention - building a sustainable rapport with all of your candidates to ensure continuity for the clients and in order to gain the best placements for your candidates.
