BRANCH MANAGER – EDUCATION SECTOR

The Company:

The Role:

Manage a new operation. You will be responsible for developing your team, together with building the existing client and candidate databases, whilst managing performance.

Maximising the Branch Gross Margin and Branch Operating Profit, through the management of every business transaction reflecting the values of the company.

Manage the attraction, recruitment and retention of suitable candidates in order to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients.

Ensure client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable and responsive service, ensuring the team is operating efficiently, complying with all relevant legislation and operating to Company standards

Resourcing, managing, developing and motivating a stable and successful team, developing individuals to their maximum potential in order to achieve company and team objectives.

Manage the business through rigorous business planning, performance management and financial control.

The ideal candidates will already have management experience within education recruitment or be looking to take the next step on the recruitment ladder.  Be inspirational, influential with the drive to achieve. The job will require that tangible, measurable results are achieved through and with people.

Friendly, assertive, independent, quick paced with the ability to motivate others. Persuasive with the ability to sell concepts and ideas by gaining commitment and willing acceptance. You will enjoy challenging situations and have the freedom to act and the authority to take decisions within a company framework. The job will best be fulfilled by a person who is self-confident, enthusiastic, friendly, positive, self-starting, competitive, venturesome, alert and independent.
