Your role:
To concentrate on permanent vacancies within the sector, geographically covering the North East, Yorkshire and Humberside area.
Constantly using creative marketing techniques to increase awareness of our clients brand to both candidates and clients
Use of effective business development techniques, to bring on new, and enhance the existing client base
You should be sales driven with a dynamic approach and the drive to push the business forward.
You should have first class customer service skills, conducting yourself in a confident and professional manner and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
This opportunity would suit someone who can work well under pressure, who is self motivated and driven, with a positive attitude to work and a proven track record of achievement within a sales and service based industry
