You will be overseeing four recruitment consultants who’s targets are extremely achievable.
They are a very committed team, with a positive energy and good work ethics, who work hard and play hard.
They have a good sense of humour and are extremely competitive.
You will need to have had previous IT recruitment experience as a senior consultant or at management level. Excellent communication skills with people of all levels, written and verbal are essential.
