You will be joining a team of four Perms consultants with an already established client database. You must be a reliable team player with rapid and accurate data entry skills,
constantly using creative marketing techniques to increase awareness of our brand to both candidates and clients.
A ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations is a must together with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Speculative calls on behalf of candidates, client visits and marketing as required.
Interviewing variety of candidates using biographical and competency based interviewing.
Most important of all you must have a strong and tenacious personality and able to thrive in a sales and recruitment environment.
You must be a real “ people person ” and enjoy communicating with your candidates and candidates both over the telephone and face- to- face
Excellent at time management with effective verbal and written communication skills
