The Company
Our client is a large independent company working out of a very successful branch. The team you will be joining although small and very experienced, is stable and very committed
Your role
Candidate attraction - utilising all the mediums available to you in order to attract only the very best candidates
Candidate screening – understanding the needs of the clients and recruiting accordingly.
Interviewing - both biographical and competency based
Testing - providing clients with accurate results in the core competencies of the role
Retention - building a sustainable rapport with all of your candidates to ensure continuity for the clients and in order to gain the best placements for your candidates
Personal specification
You must be able to demonstrate an ability to work to tight deadlines and surpass targets.
Face to face interviewing is required therefore excellent communication skills with people of all levels, written and verbal.
A proven solid work history within recruitment is a necessity.
A drivers license is helpful but not essential
