The Role:
Candidate attraction - utilising all the mediums available to you in order to attract only the very best candidates. This company utilise many job boards.
Candidate screening - understanding the needs of the clients and recruiting accordingly.
Interviewing - both biographical and competency based. Over the phone and face to face as you are not limited by where you can target business
Retention - building a sustainable rapport with all of your candidates to ensure continuity for the clients and in order to gain the best placements for your candidates
You can choose the vertical market, whether to work on a contract or perms desk or both. This client wants to give you every reason to succeed.
Candidate Requirements:
You must be able to demonstrate:
An ability to work to tight deadlines
An ability to surpass targets
Excellent communication skills with people of all levels, written and verbal
A solid work history within recruitment
