The Role:
This company is looking for a consultant to maximise the sales and gross margin of the area of responsibility through the timely supply of staff to clients, whilst reflecting the values of the company. This agency is looking to recruit a dynamic individual who demonstrates commitment with a thirst to succeed. This is a hot desk, however, the company employ consultants who can develop business further.
You will be responsible for;
Recruitment – To maintain a pool of assessed, referenced and motivated flexible employees in line with anticipated demand, ensuring compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards.
Service – To match and exceed client expectations by offering a reliable, responsive and cost effective service, maximising efficiency through the effective use of technology and standard company operating processes. Maintaining an accurate database. Regularly review customer satisfaction levels through a diarised service evaluation programme in line with clients expectations. To arrange and attend client service visits
Sales – To develop and maintain a profitable client base through a proactive, planned, sales approach to current and prospective clients. To proactively promote all flexible employees through candidate marketing calls. To enhance the national and local sales initiatives by ensuring all appropriate leads are recorded for action in line with the company business development plan.
Person specification:
Candidates will need to have at least one years recruitment experience within the industrial sector.
Be an influential individual with a drive to achieve, and who can work well under pressure. A friendly, assertive, independent, quick paced individual with the ability to motivate others is essential for this position. You should be persuasive with the ability to sell concepts and ideas by gaining commitment and willing acceptance.
