Is an established and successful local company, who are looking to expand their office due to client demand. As such they are looking to recruit an individual who can offer support and dedication to their sales team.
Salary + benefits
£15-16k basic plus increasing holidays with service, dress down Fridays amongst many other benefits, including a great working environment and career training, support and development.
Your duties will include:
Maintain a pool of assessed, referenced, motivated and flexible employees
Creating and managing job adverts/applications
Sifting through a variety of mediums to locate appropriate candidates. Initiate calls and arrange interviews
Effective use of standard company operating processes
Reference checking and collating all associate legal paperwork
Customising and formatting of appropriate paperwork, such as CV’s and profiles
Checking in new starters
Accurate database management
Liaison with payroll department
Candidate requirements:
- Be educated to GCSE level in English and Maths or equivalent
- Able to use MS office products
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels orally and by written documentation
- Have a solid work history and a CV that demonstrates working to tight deadlines and problem solving.
