The Deal
Basic salary £20-24K negotiable depending on experience

The Company – Established for many years, our reputable client services clients throughout the UK and specialises in placing both temporary and permanent staff within the commercial market only. A high end recruitment agency.
The Candidate – Our client is looking to employ a target orientated, motivated person with the ability to deal with people of all levels to join their branch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Your position will involve:
Using creative marketing techniques to attract both candidates and clients
Interviewing candidates through biographical and competency based methods
Understanding the needs of your clients to appropriately place the ideal candidates with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Maintaining communication links with both clients and candidates through telephone calls and visits
Building sustainable relationships with all of your candidates to ensure continuity for the clients and in order to gain the best placements for your candidates
