The Deal
Basic £22-30k negotiable, depending on experience (will pay more for the right candidate), plus uncapped bonus package and enhanced company benefits package available

Your position will involve:
Maximise the Branch Gross Margin and Branch Operating Profit, through the management of every business transaction
Maximise Sales and Gross Margin through programmed sales activity
Attract, recruit and retain suitable candidates in order to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients
Maintaining high performance levels - ensuring client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable and responsive service, ensuring the you are operating efficiently, complying with all relevant legislation and company standards
