The Deal
Basic £18-25K negotiable depending on experience, plus and uncapped bonus with no threshold and many enhanced benefits
The Company – A reputable and successful company, our client specialises in placing all levels of personnel into the industrial and technical sectors. They are looking to expand their team, due to demand. The business has an excellent reputation.
The Candidate – Our client is looking to employ an enthusiastic, ambitious and target driven person with brilliant communication skills to join their branch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years recruitment experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Your position will involve:
Using creative marketing techniques to attract both candidates and clients
Interviewing candidates through biographical and competency based methods
Understanding the needs of your clients to appropriately place the ideal candidates with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Maintaining communication links with both clients and candidates through telephone calls and visits
Building sustainable relationships with all of your candidates to ensure continuity for the clients and in order to gain the best placements for your candidates
