The Company:
Become a member of a very successful and established agency who has a very good local reputation. You would be responsible for providing commercial staff to the local area. This is a full 360 role however, already has a lot of contract business that has been won.

The Role:
To bring new business to the company within their market share.
To attract and maintain a pool of tested and referenced quality candidates.
To understand a candidates requirements as well as a clients
To be able to present to clients, understand their business, the current market and its demands. Providing solutions and creating sound business relationships
Candidates must have at least 6 months experience within a temps desk, however, our client will consider all sectors. A proven track record of providing a service that is second to none is a must. As is a stable career history todate.
The job will require that tangible, measurable results are achieved through and with people.
Persuasive with the ability to sell concepts and ideas by gaining commitment and willing acceptance. You will enjoy challenging situations and have the freedom to act and the authority to take decisions within a company framework. The job will best be fulfilled by a person who is self-confident, enthusiastic, friendly, positive, self-starting, competitive, venturesome, alert and independent.
