The Company:

The Role:
Candidate attraction - utilising all the mediums available to you in order to attract only the very best candidates
Candidate screening - understanding the needs of the clients and recruiting accordingly.
Interviewing - both biographical and competency based
Testing - providing clients with accurate results in the core competencies of the role
Retention - building a sustainable rapport with all of your candidates to ensure continuity for the clients and in order to gain the best placements for your candidates
Job Requirements
You must be able to demonstrate:
- An ability to work to tight deadlines
- An ability to surpass targets
- Face to face interviewing
- Excellent communication skills with people of all levels, written and verbal
- A min of 1 years education recruitment experience
- You must be a car owner / driver
