The Company:
A very established company is investing heavily in 2010 due to the demands on their business and having a very successful track record over recent years.
As such they need to recruit additional personnel to handle existing desks.
The Role:
70% service and 30% development.
Candidate attraction - utilising all the mediums available to you in order to attract only the very best candidates
Candidate screening - understanding the needs of the clients and recruiting accordingly.
Interviewing - both biographical and competency based
Legislative clearance – ensuring that all personnel have undergone relevant CRB’s etc
Retention - building a sustainable rapport with all of your candidates to ensure continuity for the clients and in order to gain the best placements for your candidates
Sales – retaining current business and developing new opportunities within your given geographical location. Visiting clients, presenting and negotiating.
Job Requirements
You must be able to demonstrate:
An ability to work to tight deadlines
An ability to surpass targets
Face to face interviewing
Excellent communication skills with people of all levels, written and verbal
Our client will consider people with one years recruitment experience from any sector
Full UK drivers licence
