The Role

You will be required to build and manage your own client base to produce a successful and profitable desk, and be able to prioritise your work load and have excellent time management skills
Person specification
You should be sales focused with a commercial awareness, and have worked within recruitment, preferably the commercial sector. As you will be dealing with more senior roles, your customer service skills must be first class. Confidence, a professional telephone manner and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships are essential. If you are self motivated driven and work well under pressure this role could be for you.
