The Role:
This company is looking for a consultant to maximise the servicing side of the business. Although you are required to liaise very closely with clients and candidates there is no cold calling required. This agency is looking to recruit a dynamic individual who demonstrates commitment with a thirst to succeed.
You will be responsible for;
Recruitment – To maintain a pool of assessed, referenced and motivated flexible employees in line with anticipated demand, ensuring compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards.
Service – To match and exceed client expectations by offering a reliable, responsive and cost effective service, maximising efficiency through the effective use of technology and standard company operating processes. Maintaining an accurate database. Regularly review customer satisfaction levels through a diarised service evaluation programme in line with clients expectations. To arrange and attend client service visits
Person specification:
The ideal candidate will have at least one years industrial recruitment experience locally. Have a proven track record of providing a service that is second to none. You must be a car driver. We are looking for a friendly, assertive, independent and quick paced individual.
