The Deal
Basic £20-40k negotiable, depending on experience (will pay more for the right candidate), plus uncapped bonus package and enhanced company benefits package available, which includes shares.
Employees do earn £70k OTE’s after approx 1 years service.
The Company – A reputable and successful company, our client specialises in placing interim and permanent personnel into the IT markets. An independent company who are truly successful in their own right. A company who have grown tremendously over the last few years and are continuing to invest in developing their company and staff further.
The Candidate – Our client is looking to employ an enthusiastic, ambitious and target driven people with brilliant communication skills. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. At least one years IT recruitment experience is necessary for this post as is the desire to succeed and achieve. Candidates must be excellent relationship builders with clients and candidates alike.
Your position will involve:
Maximise the Branch Gross Margin and Branch Operating Profit, through the management of every business transaction
Maximise Sales and Gross Margin through programmed sales activity
Attract, recruit and retain suitable candidates in order to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients
Maintaining high performance levels - ensuring client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable and responsive service, ensuring the you are operating efficiently, complying with all relevant legislation and company standards
