The Role:
A full 360 recruitment role.
Candidate attraction - utilising all the mediums available to you in order to attract only the very best candidates, including head hunting. Working on retained and contingency based assignments.
Candidate screening - understanding the needs of the clients and recruiting accordingly.
Interviewing - both biographical and competency based
Sales – building on the current client base whilst developing new business
You must be able to demonstrate:
An ability to work to tight deadlines and surpass targets
Face to face interviewing and client presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills with people of all levels, written and verbal
A solid work history within recruitment
Business to business sales
