Salary circa £18-22K - DOE + Commission and benefits which include parking
Proven experience within a professional recruitment discipline is essential to this role along with an excellent billing record. You must be tenacious, ethical in business practice with a CV demonstrating your success and achievement.

You are responsible for securing new business from prospective clients and the ongoing development of the relationship with those clients whilst ensuring that the service provided exceeds their expectations.
Main Tasks
Client activity
To identify and target new business within an agreed geographical area
To prioritise the ongoing contact pattern with those clients to obtain their business
To telephone and visit clients to actively promote the sale of clients service
To develop the client relationship from a contingent basis through to exclusive assignments
To obtain detailed job descriptions and booking details to gain a thorough understanding of both duties and responsibilities and ‘client fit ‘
To follow through the process of filling vacancy’s together with all appropriate follow up and administration
To act immediately on competitor information to maximise sales
To optimise on any sales opportunities arising during the normal course of work
To actively assist the Accounts Department with credit management
To undertake any other project or task requested by the Business Manager
To adhere to the vision and values of the Company at all times
Candidate Activity
To attract an ongoing flow of candidates via advertising in local press, leaflet distribution, contacting old candidates, open days/evenings, seminars etc
To supplement candidate flow through recommendation from existing candidates
To ascertain, from an initial conversation with a candidate, their suitability as a quality candidate worthwhile for an interview and formal registration
To interview thoroughly all candidates deemed suitable, using the appropriate documentation, practice and procedure
To test candidates’ relevant skills and train as required
To maintain candidate database file with details of interviews, tests and references
To ensure that competitor information is gleaned from the interview
To keep in regular contact with all available candidates
To carry out search assignments as required
To accurately match the available candidates’ skills and personality to those vacancies or bookings
To debrief all candidates no longer available, to assess any future potential opportunity and competitor information
