Work for an independent, tight knit company. This is an established agency with an impressive database. They are looking to expand in 2009 and are wanting to take enthusiastic, driven self motivated team members with them into the new year
The role requires the following actions
Candidate attraction - utilising all the mediums available to you in order to attract only the very best candidates
Candidate screening - understanding the needs of the clients and recruiting accordingly.
Interviewing - both biographical and competency based
Testing - providing clients with accurate results in the core competencies of the role
Retention - building a sustainable rapport with all of your candidates to ensure continuity for the clients and in order to gain the best placements for your candidates
You should posses a positive energy, excellent work ethics and a good sense of humour.
If you have had previous experience in IT recruitment, or are looking to move in to IT and have accountancy or HR consultancy background then this role could be for.
