The Deal
Basic salary £18-21K negotiable depending on experience
Excellent uncapped bonus and numerous benefits (including contributory pension and healthcare plans and management development courses)
22 days paid annual leave
Hot desk with high bonuses of circa £15K per year
The Company – Established for over 15 years, our reputable client has more than 30 branches nationwide and specialises in placing staff within the education market, including primary, secondary, special needs and early years sectors.
The Candidate – Our client is looking to employ an enthusiastic, ambitious and target driven person with brilliant communication skills to join their third most successful branch in the UK, Sheffield. Working within a vibrant and fast paced office, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year’s recruitment experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Your position will involve:
Using creative marketing techniques to attract both candidates and clients
Interviewing candidates through biographical and competency based methods
Understanding the needs of your clients to appropriately place the ideal candidates with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Maintaining communication links with both clients and candidates through telephone calls and visits
Building sustainable relationships with all of your candidates to ensure continuity for the clients and in order to gain the best placements for your candidates
