We only employ industry experienced staff.  Our director alone having 12 years recruitment experience.  Our experience at desk and management level enables us to successfully place the right candidates with the right clients

Our approach is:

• Consultancy: Liaising closely with clients, securing full job, benefit and person specifications.  Offer guidance and coaching to candidates
• Vacancy search: If we do not currently have a suitable vacancy, we will seek out the right roles for our candidates
• Head hunting: Utilising our industry experience and clients knowledge to source specific candidates for specific roles
