Diamond Selection Ltd has been established for 5 years, having gained an extensive database and network of clients and candidates.  Working on a preferred supplier status with many independent and national companies.

We ourselves, only employ industry experienced staff.  Our Director alone having 15 years recruitment experience.  Our experience at desk and management level enables us to successfully place the right candidates with the right clients

Our approach is:

• Consultative: Liaising closely with clients, securing full job, benefit and person specifications.  Offering guidance coaching and career advice to candidates
• Vacancy search: The vacancies advertised on our site are only a very small percentage of the roles we are working on.  A list that is extensive and continually expanding.  If you do not see a vacancy that immediately attracts your attention it doesn't mean we do not have one or that we can not find you the right opportunity.
• Head hunting: Utilising our industry experience and clients knowledge to source specific candidates for specific roles
